The assessement is done over three phases.

Phase 1) The assessment questionaire sent prior to the course set must be completed and sent in before the course starts.

(Those that are late, we cannot guarentee that we will be able to mark them during the course due to the time. This may mean people will get their certificate after the course)

Phase 2) During the course each person is monitored in relation to the pace of the group and stage of learning. If we notice that someone is not learning the material as quickly as the rest of the group, or that they need special attention, we will make sure that we provide the utmost in helping the person to gain the necessary learnings and change for their certification. However we do not guarentee that anyone will pass. It may be that some people will need to learn other things before they can be given a certificate. We always make sure that everyone has the opportunity to pass the course, if only at a later date for some. However, thus far we have not had any person not recieve their certificate at the end of day 8.

Phase 3) Once people have successfully completed the learning material and course, on the last day we play games that provide everyone with the opportunity to experience what they have learn't in a fun, enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. It is here that you will be demonstrating 'free hand' all that you have learn't.
