Will I have to get up and present in front of others?

No - There is no requirement for people to present in front of the group. You may wish to share with the group your personal experiences during the exercises. However this is entirely up to you. You do not have to, although it is in our experience that utilising your own personal circumstances can create great change on this one day course.
